Angus Energy's Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius steps down as Chairman

StockMarketWire.com - Onshore oil and gas group Angus Energy said Friday that Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius had stepped down as the company's Chairman amid an investigation into whether he had violated rules concerning share dealing.

Cameron Buchanan, currently a Non-Executive Director, had agreed to serve as acting non-executive Chairman.

If Pretorious is completely exonerated, Angus Energy said it would consider re-appointing Pretorius to the board as an Executive Director. At 8:21am: (LON:ANGS) Angus Energy Plc share price was 0p at 6p
