Osirium Technologies to raise £4m from share, convertible note issue

StockMarketWire.com - Cybersecurity software group Osirium Technologies said it would raise around £4m via an issue of shares and convertible notes, to support the expansion of its business.

The raising would comprise an issue of shares to officers and employees of the company to raise around £0.42m, plus the issue of convertible unsecured 7.5% notes due 2024.

It would also involve a placing of new shares at 35p each.
