ADM Energy appoints Peter Francis as chairman

09:17 21/10/2019 - Oil and gas investing company ADM Energy said it had appointed Peter Francis as non-executive chairman. The current interim non-executive chairman Richard Carter was appointed chief operating officer.

Francis, aged 67, had over 35 years of experience working with major international oil companies. He recently worked for Royal Dutch Shell in Abuja and served as chief executive officer of Oracle Energy, a Canadian TSX exploration and producing company focused on oil and gas activities in West Africa.

The company also appointed Manuel Lamboley as non-executive director. He previously served as Head of the Geneva office of Williams de Broe and ahd held senior positions at Bank Julius Bar, Kidder Peabody, Paine Webber International and Prudential-Bache Securities.
